Steps to Follow After Booking Your Course with CST Training LTD Once you’ve secured your spot in our course, here’s what you can expect:

1. Confirmation Email:

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email to confirm your registration. Before booking, please ensure you have the necessary IT skills and a Laptop/PC/Mac with a working webcam and microphone.

2. Zoom Link and Course Information:

Two days before the course, or immediately if the course is within two days, you will receive an email containing the Zoom link and additional course details.

3. Access to Online Resources:

Before the course begins, you will be granted access to your online e-book resources to help you prepare.

4. Mandatory Online Form:

You will also receive an email prompting you to complete an online form. This form is mandatory and must be completed before the course starts. Failure to do so may result in being unable to participate in the course.

5. Course Punctuality:

Ensure you are on time. The course starts promptly at 8:30 AM. Late arrivals may not be permitted to continue the course.

6. Identification:

Remember to bring your ID (passport or driving license) for verification.

7. Attendance and Examination:

You must attend the course every day and complete the final exam. Attendance on all days is required for course completion.

8. Certificate and Result Notification:

1. You will receive your certificates via email approximately 14 days after the course. This timeframe should be considered if you have upcoming employment start dates.
2. Your exam results will be emailed approximately one day after the course concludes.
